TUTORIAL MARTABAK MINI

This time I will explain the tutorial in making Martabak Mini, read yes, may be useful for us a all.                         




















The ingredients

-Spring roll skin
- Eggs
- Kol
-Leek
-Cayenne pepper
-Cooking oil
- Salt
- Micin

The equipment
-Pan
- Spoon
- big bowl
- knife
-plate

Steps to make Martabak Mini
- Wash leeks, cabbage, and cayenne until clean
- After washing, cut onion, cabbage and cayenne with small according to taste
- After cut in all the ingredients that have been cut into place like a large bowl
- After everything is mixed, enter the eggs to taste in the dough that has been mixed with onion, cabbage and cayenne pepper
- Stir well so that all materials together with each other
- Once everything is mixed, prepare the lumpia skin which is the main ingredient in mini martabak
- After that prepare the skin of spring rolls to be made mini martabak, enter the dough 2 spoons of ingredients that have been mixed on the skin of spring rolls, and fold the spring rolls into the desired shape like rectangle as well as the next until the dough runs out
- After all the dough is used as mini martabak using lumpia skin, prepare the skillet, enter the cooking oil and wait until the heat.
- After the frying pan and hot cooking oil, enter mini martabak that has been formed into the pan bit by bit, fry slowly to martabak cooked with flat
- After martabak cook, lift slowly martabak from the pan and put into the plate provided, as well as further in the process of frying until martabak out.
- After all its fried out, serve martabak in a plate and mini martabak ready to be avoided.
